There are many ways that you can become involved in PROJECT WILDBIRD.

WBFI Research Foundation's PROJECT WILDBIRD is the first scientific research study to include geographic regions of North America. This landmark study will include citizen scientists throughout the United States and Canada.

Bird Conservation Regions

Citizen Scientists from all regions of North America are needed beginning in September 2005 and continuing through December 2008. Learn more about the study and find out how you can actively participate as a PROJECT WILDBIRD Citizen Scientist.

In addition, we will provide you with camera-ready logos and suggestions for a press release and website text for your use in announcing your participation in this landmark study. We encourage all contributors to proudly show their support for the birds through their participation in PROJECT WILDBIRD.

Cash and in-kind contributions are needed to support the research project's many facets.

To make a one time cash contribution by credit card using our secure on-line contribution form, click here.

To make a cash contribution by check for one or three years of the study, Click here to go to our Contributor Enrollment form. Please print the form and mail it to WBFI Research Foundation headquarters with your check.

To make an in-kind contribution, Click here to go to our Contributor Enrollment form. Please print the form, complete the information describing your in-kind contribution, and mail it to WBFI Research Foundation headquarters. We will contact you to discuss the handling of your in-kind contribution. All in-kind contributions of food or feeders must meet the WBFI Standards. To make sure your company's product meets these standards, contact the WBFI for more information.
