An important dimension of PROJECT WILDBIRD is learning the demographics of the people who feed wild birds. You will help us with this important piece of the puzzle by completing the Bird Feeding Habits questionnaire. As you will see, this is a demographic survey.

There are 2 ways to complete the survey. You can log in to the Members area to complete and submit the survey on-line, or you can print the survey, complete it, and mail it to us.
